El Jimador Reposado Tequila is a truly authentic expression, crafted from 100% hand-harvested Blue Weber agave and double distilled with column and pot stills. Following distillation, this spirit is rested for two months in American oak barrels, a process that imparts a pale golden hue and a remarkable smoothness. This reposado balances the vibrant, cooked agave notes with the subtle influence of oak.
On the palate, it delivers a complex profile featuring warm vanilla, toasted caramel, and mild spice, leading to a long, soft finish.
