El Tequile??o A??ejo Gran Reserva is a distinguished expression, meticulously crafted at the historic La Tequile??a distillery in Tequila, Jalisco. This A??ejo is produced from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave, ensuring exceptional quality and terroir expression. After distillation, it is aged for a minimum of 18 months in American oak, followed by a finishing period in French oak barrels. This dual maturation process imparts a complex profile, rich with notes of sweet cooked agave, caramel, vanilla bean, and toasted oak. The texture is velvety and smooth, culminating in a long, sophisticated finish. It is bottled at 40% ABV. This Gran Reserva offers a perfect balance between the vibrancy of agave and the depth derived from extended wood aging, making it an excellent choice for savoring neat.
