El Tequileno The Sassenach Select is an extraordinary and extremely limited-edition Double Wood Reposado, representing a unique cross-world collaboration. This sophisticated tequila is meticulously crafted from 100% blue agave and achieves its unparalleled character through double aging in both American and French oak barrels.
The result is a complex blend that is truly special. On the palate, expect a rich foundation of cooked agave layered with elegant notes of toasty oak, light vanilla, and sweet spice. Herbal undertones and a hint of caramel add depth, culminating in a balanced and bold profile. This label is an exceptional sip best enjoyed neat, allowing the full complexity of its double-wood maturation to shine.
