This golden rum is aged for a minimum of five years in once-used American oak bourbon barrels, benefiting from the accelerated maturation typical of the tropical climate.
The aging process imparts a beautiful complexity and smoothness. Expect an inviting nose with notes of rich toffee, baked apple, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced, featuring flavors of vanilla, dried fruit, and a pleasant oak influence that leads to a warm, medium-length finish.
