Espolon Blanco Tequila

Espolòn Blanco Tequila is an exceptionally smooth and vibrant expression crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico. This premium spirit is distinguished by its production process, which includes a traditional slow-cooking in autoclaves and column distillation, followed by a double distillation in pot stills to achieve a clean yet full-flavored profile. The result is an unaged tequila that shines with the authentic character of the agave. The profile offers a bright, herbaceous nose with hints of sweet cooked agave, subtle pepper, and citrus zest. The palate is clean, balanced, and remarkably soft, featuring notes of sweet pineapple and a warm, medium-long finish. It's an ideal choice for purists who appreciate a quality blanco and serves as a superb foundation for elevated cocktails, especially the classic Margarita.
