Etsu Gin, which translates to "pleasure" in Japanese, is a distinctive craft gin distilled in the Asahikawa region of Hokkaido, Japan. This exceptional spirit is made using a meticulous process that incorporates local botanicals, most notably the yellow yuzu, which provides a bright, citrus-forward character. Traditional elements like juniper, coriander, licorice, and angelica root are perfectly balanced with unique Japanese ingredients such as tea leaves and pepper. The result is a vibrant and floral gin with a remarkably clean and oily texture. Etsu Gin offers a complex yet refreshing palate, culminating in a smooth, elegant finish. It is excellent in a classic Gin & Tonic or used to elevate a simple highball cocktail.
