Ezra Brooks Black Bourbon is a distinguished Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey known for its smooth, charcoal-filtered profile. This classic expression uses a traditional mash bill and is aged in new, charred American oak barrels, giving it a deep amber color and complexity. The whiskey is bottled at 90 proof, delivering a rich yet easy-drinking experience.
On the nose, it offers inviting aromas of vanilla, caramel, and a hint of spice. The palate is characterized by sweet corn and honey, balanced by notes of chocolate, oak, and a subtle smokiness derived from the charcoal mellowing process. It finishes long and warm, showcasing a refined smoothness. This bourbon is versatile, ideal for savoring neat, on the rocks, or as the foundation for a premium whiskey cocktail.
