Fair Old Tom Gin is a premium revival of a classic 18th-century style, traditionally sweeter than modern London Dry but less robust than Genever. This exquisite expression is distilled using organic and Fair Trade certified juniper berries sourced from Uzbekistan, alongside botanicals like cardamom and coriander. Its distinct character comes from a touch of organic cane sugar added after distillation, which rounds out the profile and highlights the citrus and spicy notes. This gin is bottled at an approachable strength, offering a smooth, slightly richer texture ideal for traditional cocktails. It delivers a complex bouquet of bright juniper followed by delicate sweetness, making it superb in a Tom Collins or a Martínez, showcasing its heritage and quality ingredients.
