This expression is exclusively produced by Fattoria Mancini and showcases a blend of 70% Albanella—a local variety known for its aromatic profile—and 30% Pinot Noir, vinified white. The wine is matured for four months on the lees to enhance its texture and complexity. This results in a zesty, spicy wine with bright, floral notes and a refreshing palate featuring delicate hints of melon and hazelnut. Its proximity to the sea imparts a unique minerality.
