Fattoria Mancini Roncaglia Colli Pesaresi DOC is a unique and celebrated white wine from the hills of Roncaglia in the Marche region, near Italy's Adriatic coast. This expression is exclusively produced by Fattoria Mancini and showcases a blend of 70% Albanella—a local variety known for its aromatic profile—and 30% Pinot Noir, vinified white. The wine is matured for four months on the lees to enhance its texture and complexity. This results in a zesty, spicy wine with bright, floral notes and a refreshing palate featuring delicate hints of melon and hazelnut. Its proximity to the sea imparts a unique minerality. Enjoy this versatile wine chilled, perhaps paired with fresh oysters or light seafood dishes.
