Filliers Dry Gin 28 is a celebrated Belgian spirit with roots dating back to 1928, distilled at the Filliers family distillery. Crafted in small batches using traditional copper pot stills, this classic gin is renowned for its complex, balanced flavor profile.
It features a unique selection of 28 carefully chosen botanicals, including exotic elements like lavender, ginger, angelica, and cardamom, which complement the dominant juniper berry notes. The result is an exceptionally smooth and aromatic gin with bright citrus undertones and a subtle peppery spice. This historical gin is distilled from grain, providing a clean foundation that allows the intricate blend of spices and herbs to shine through. It is bottled at a classic 46% ABV, making it ideal for the discerning gin enthusiast who appreciates depth and authenticity in a perfect G&T or a complex martini.
