On the palate, this Vin de Corse offers a remarkably fresh and aromatic profile. Complex layers of resinous and woody flavors are beautifully integrated with vibrant notes of cherries and bittersweet orange peel, culminating in a distinctive character. Bottled at 16% alcohol by volume, its refined sweetness and complexity make it a sophisticated pairing. It is an excellent match for game pâté, savory cheeses, or dark chocolate desserts that are not overly sweet.
