Fortaleza Still Strength Tequila

Fortaleza Still Strength Tequila is a highly regarded expression crafted by Guillermo Erickson Sauza, representing the fifth generation of the legendary Sauza family. Distilled at 46% ABV, it is bottled directly from the still without dilution, offering a robust and authentic taste of the pure agave spirit. Produced using traditional methods, the piñas are slow-cooked in a stone oven and crushed by a Tahona wheel before being fermented in wooden vats. This commitment to heritage results in a spirit that beautifully captures the terroir of Tequila Valley. The profile features intense notes of cooked agave, rich minerality, and vibrant citrus zest, with a long, peppery finish. It is a favorite among connoisseurs for its purity and depth of flavor.
