Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin is a unique Australian creation that combines the distillery’s signature Rare Dry Gin with premium cool-climate Shiraz grapes from the Yarra Valley. This experimental spirit achieves a perfect balance between sweet fruit and juniper-led gin complexity.
The process involves steeping whole Shiraz grapes in the gin for an extended period, allowing the fruit's color and rich flavor to integrate without adding sugar. This results in a distinctive purple-red hue. Aromatically, it offers notes of fresh pine needles, citrus, and spice, followed by dense, peppery red berry characteristics from the Shiraz. The palate is beautifully sweet, balanced by a long, lingering finish of classic gin botanicals and spice. It is highly versatile, brilliant in a simple Bloody Gin & Tonic or enjoyed neat.
