Four Pillars Modern Australian Gin is a benchmark spirit from the Yarra Valley, celebrated for pioneering a distinctive Australian gin style. It uses traditional botanicals like juniper, coriander seed, and cardamom, but it is the inclusion of unique native Australian elements—specifically whole fresh oranges and lemon myrtle—that sets it apart. These citrus-forward botanicals are distilled with the other classic ingredients in a custom-made copper still named Wilma, creating a spirit that is bright, aromatic, and beautifully balanced.
The gin features a pronounced, elegant citrus character (sweet and savory) that complements the piney core of the juniper. Bottled at 41.8% ABV, the result is an exceptionally versatile and modern gin, perfect for elevating classic cocktails or enjoying simply with tonic water.
