This expression captures the harmonious signature of Maison Gautier and is composed of eaux-de-vie sourced from Fins Bois, Bons Bois, Grande Champagne, and Petite Champagne cru regions. This XO is renowned for its generous and smooth mouthfeel, offering a splendid and persistent length on the palate—a characteristic of exceptional old cognacs. The tasting profile is a powerful combination of intense aromas of candied fruits, orange blossom, and gingerbread, complemented by subtle floral and woody notes.
