Glendalough Single Grain Burgundy Cask Finish Whisky is a distinctive Irish whiskey, celebrated for its unique finishing process. Initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, it is then finished in carefully selected Grand Cru Burgundy wine casks from France. This secondary maturation imparts a rich, deep color and a complex flavor profile that distinguishes it from other Irish whiskies.
Expect inviting aromas of red berries, toasted oak, and rich vanilla, leading into a palate layered with sweet honey, dark cherry, and a subtle tannic structure from the Burgundy oak.
