Glendalough Single Grain Calvados XO Cask Finish is a truly unique Irish whiskey, taking its clean, delicate spirit and elevating it through meticulous secondary maturation. Initially aged in ex-Bourbon casks, this single grain whiskey is then finished for an extended period in extremely rare Calvados XO casks sourced from Normandy, France. This finishing process imparts a remarkable depth and fruity complexity. The nose is greeted with rich notes of baked apple, sweet pear, and vanilla.
