Granit Bavarian Gin is a premium spirit distinguished by its unique regional sourcing and traditional craftsmanship, offering an exceptional taste of the Bavarian Forest. Distilled in the Penninger distillery, the base spirit is infused with 28 hand-selected botanicals, a key component being granite stones from the Bavarian Forest. These stones are heated and used to cool the distilled spirit, a process believed to soften the mouthfeel and impart a unique mineral complexity.
This gin features a balanced profile, opening with classic juniper notes followed by hints of lemon zest, subtle rosemary, and mountain herbs. Its structure is smooth and clean, showcasing the purity of the local water source.
