Haymans London Dry Gin

Hayman’s London Dry Gin is a superb representation of the classic, traditional style, meticulously crafted using a two-day distillation process. It is distilled in a copper pot still using a time-honored family recipe featuring ten classic botanicals, including juniper, coriander, orange, and lemon peel. This careful preparation results in a perfectly balanced spirit that showcases a vibrant, pronounced juniper core, complemented by bright citrus zest and a subtle hint of spicy warmth. Bottled at 41.2% ABV, it possesses the robust character necessary to shine through in cocktails. Hayman’s is celebrated for its authenticity and depth, making it an essential choice for gin purists and classic cocktail enthusiasts seeking the true taste of a traditional London Dry.
