Crafted predominantly from Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%), the wine offers inviting aromas of creamy brioche, biscuit, and rich honey. On the palate, it delivers a wonderful tension between richness and vibrancy, showcasing crisp apple and orchard fruit flavors accompanied by a fine, persistent mousse.
