Heredad De Hidalgo La Gitana Manzanilla Sherry is Spain's best-selling Manzanilla, a distinctive dry sherry produced in Sanlúcar de Barrameda within the Jerez region. Made exclusively from Palomino grapes, it is renowned for its unique biological aging process under a layer of flor yeast. This unique maturation, influenced by the Atlantic sea breeze, imparts a light, crisp, and refreshing character. The highly aromatic profile features a yeasty nose of green apples, lemons, and almonds. On the palate, it is delicate yet flavorful, offering subtle hints of fruit and a characteristic, bracing salinity.
