Heredad De Hidalgo Pedro Ximénez Sherry 'Triana' is a profoundly rich and luxurious dessert wine crafted from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes. Following the traditional *solera* system, this Sherry is aged for a number of years, allowing the liquid to develop incredible depth and complexity. It pours a dark, inky mahogany hue, immediately signaling its intensity.
On the nose, it offers decadent aromas of figs, raisins, molasses, and dates, interwoven with hints of dark chocolate and coffee bean. The palate is thick, unctuous, and intensely sweet, yet beautifully balanced by a subtle grip of acidity. This concentration of flavor results in a long, velvety finish. It is exceptional when served lightly chilled on its own, poured over vanilla ice cream, or paired with strong blue cheeses.
