High West Rendezvous Rye Whiskey is a sophisticated and bold blend of straight rye whiskeys, celebrating the rich heritage of American distilling. This complex expression skillfully combines a high-proof 95% rye from MGP with a lower-rye bourbon-style rye, resulting in a unique profile that sets it apart. Bottled non-chill filtered to preserve its robust character, Rendezvous Rye offers an intense sensory experience.
The palate bursts with notes of cinnamon, clove, and vanilla, balanced by dried fruit, mint, and a touch of leather. It finishes long and spicy, showcasing its high rye content with elegance. It is an exceptional whiskey, perfect for sipping neat or serving as the foundation for an intensely flavorful classic cocktail like a Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
