Horse With No Name is a unique blend of Bourbon whiskey infused with the natural flavor of potent German-sourced gentian root. This unconventional spirit offers a fascinating duality, combining the sweet, traditional notes of American whiskey—like vanilla, caramel, and oak—with the distinct, earthy bitterness of gentian. Bottled at 90 proof, this expression is carefully crafted to be versatile yet challenging. The gentian component provides a complex, herbal backbone and a dry finish that sets it apart from typical flavored whiskies. It's an adventurous bottle perfect for cocktail enthusiasts seeking depth and bitterness in classics like a Manhattan, or for sipping neat to explore its bold, herbaceous character.
