Hoshi Small Batch Gin

Hoshi Small Batch Gin is a distinctive 'London Dry Style' spirit distilled in Chiba, east of Tokyo, Japan. It begins with a unique base spirit derived from locally-grown rice, a nod to Japan's celebrated harvest traditions. This foundational purity is layered with a carefully selected blend of botanicals, resulting in a complex and refined flavor profile. The gin delivers classic, assertive notes of crisp juniper and pine, balanced beautifully by bright, energetic citrus—a key characteristic of its small-batch craftsmanship. Subtle, delicate spice lingers on the finish, lending warmth and depth. Hoshi is an excellent choice for gin aficionados who appreciate traditional structure combined with the nuanced elegance of Japanese distillation. Its crisp character makes it perfect for a flawless Gin & Tonic or a sophisticated Martini.
