Crafted by the Kaikyo Distillery in Hyogo, Japan, it takes its name from the 135th meridian east, which runs through Akashi City where the distillery is located. This spirit is a blend of traditional botanicals like juniper, coriander, and angelica root, complemented by local Japanese ingredients such as sencha green tea, shiso leaf, and yuzu peel. The result is a complex, balanced flavor profile that is simultaneously crisp and aromatic.
