Irishman Founders Reserve Whiskey

The Irishman Founder's Reserve is a unique blend that stands out in the world of Irish whiskey. It is a vatting of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still whiskey, making it exceptionally smooth and complex. This expression is triple distilled and matured in both Bourbon and Sherry casks, creating a sophisticated character. On the nose, expect notes of spiced oak, fresh orchard fruits, and a hint of honeyed sweetness. The palate is rich and full-bodied, delivering flavors of creamy vanilla, golden barley, and a touch of pot still spice. The finish is lingering, with traces of chocolate and toasted nuts. It's an excellent showcase of the modern Irish blending tradition, perfect for enjoying neat, with a drop of water, or as the base for a premium cocktail.
