Isle of Harris Gin is an exceptional expression crafted in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, renowned for its coastal botanicals and pristine quality. The spirit’s distinct maritime character is derived from Sugar Kelp seaweed, which is sustainably hand-harvested by a local diver. This key ingredient contributes a subtle, sweet complexity and a silky texture.
Distilled in a copper pot still known as "The Dottach," the gin features eight traditional botanicals alongside the kelp, resulting in a complex flavor profile of citrus, pine, and underlying sea salt. The elegantly textured spirit is bottled in a distinctive ripple-effect glass, reflecting the island's waters.
