Jack Daniel’s Straight Rye Whiskey is the distillery’s bold, modern take on a classic American style, crafted with a unique mash bill of 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley. Unlike many of its peers, this whiskey undergoes the signature Lincoln County Process—a charcoal mellowing unique to Jack Daniel's—before aging in new charred American oak barrels. This process imbues the spirit with remarkable smoothness while preserving the rye's spicy character.
The result is a complex and full-bodied rye that balances robust spice with sweeter notes. Expect a dynamic flavor profile featuring black pepper, baking spices, rich vanilla, and a hint of dark fruit.
