Jägermeister is a distinguished German herbal liqueur, crafted from a secret blend of 56 herbs, fruits, roots, and spices, including star anise, cinnamon, ginger, and citrus peel. Macerated in alcohol and water, the blend is then rested in oak barrels for up to a year, a process that allows the various ingredients to harmonize and mature. Bottled at 35% ABV, this dark, complex digestif is known for its bittersweet and highly aromatic profile. The taste is layered, featuring prominent notes of licorice, dark caramel, and intense botanicals, providing a warming and invigorating finish.
