Known for its distinct post-Prohibition style, this gin is crafted using 11 carefully selected botanicals, including locally sourced black mountain heather. Bottled at a robust 43% ABV, the 'Export Strength' designation ensures a deeper concentration of flavor and a rich, oily texture. The profile is complex and balanced, starting with powerful juniper and pine notes, followed by sweet citrus and a pronounced earthy spice from the cassia and coriander.
