JP Wiser 10 Year Triple Barrel Whisky

Award winning 10-year-old Canadian Blended Whisky is made from a combination of corn and rye and aged for a minimum of 10 years in three cask types for extra complexity of flavour. Notes of green apple, honeycomb, rye and spice. This whisky has complex notes of vanilla, dried fruits, green apple, rye bread, toffee and allspice. The corn component (85 percent) gives it a creamy texture, while the rye component (15 percent) brings spice and nutty notes. It is matured in three different cask types: first-fill ex-bourbon casks bring dried fruit flavours, used Canadian Whisky casks showcase the grain’s character, and virgin American oak casks adds notes of vanilla and toffee.
