Distilled using Kyoto-sourced rice spirit and pure water, this spirit features key botanicals like yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips, gyokuro green tea, and sansho pepper. The higher proof dramatically enhances the texture and depth of the flavors, presenting a bold, robust profile with prominent notes of peppery spice, rich citrus, and sharp juniper.
