KI NO BI Sei Gin is a potent, higher-proof expression from The Kyoto Distillery, bottled at 54.5% ABV. "Sei" means "power" in Japanese, and this gin delivers an intense concentration of its core six elements: Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice, and Floral. Distilled using Kyoto-sourced rice spirit and pure water, this spirit features key botanicals like yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips, gyokuro green tea, and sansho pepper. The higher proof dramatically enhances the texture and depth of the flavors, presenting a bold, robust profile with prominent notes of peppery spice, rich citrus, and sharp juniper.
