This expression originates from the Mixteca region of Oaxaca and is crafted using traditional methods, including roasting the agave hearts in an underground conical oven and crushing them with a stone tahona. The result is a sophisticated spirit characterized by a delicate balance of earthy smoke and pronounced mineral notes.
