Koch El Ensamble Mezcal is a superb expression of Oaxacan tradition, handcrafted using a blend of different agave species, typically Espadín, Tobalá, and Tobasiche. Produced by the Koch family, who adhere to ancestral methods, the agave hearts are roasted in earthen pits before being crushed by a stone tahona and twice-distilled in copper pot stills.
