Koch El Tobasiche Mezcal is an exceptional expression crafted from the wild Tobasiche agave, which takes a minimum of 12 years to mature before being harvested in the high-altitude lands of Rio de Ejutla. Produced by Adrian Bautista, this mezcal honors traditional methods, including earth pit roasting and natural fermentation, imparting its signature smoky depth.
