Koval Barreled Gin is a unique expression that bridges the gap between classic gin botanicals and the richness of aged whiskey. Crafted by the Chicago distillery, this gin begins with a distinct blend of botanicals, including rose hip, coriander, and juniper, distilled from a 100% organic grain base.
The spirit is then aged in new, charred American oak barrels, imparting a golden color and complex flavor profile. This aging process mellows the bright juniper notes, introducing sophisticated flavors of vanilla, sweet caramel, and baking spices, alongside the floral and citrus character of the gin.
