Produced in the revered Baijiu region of Guizhou province, this premium bottling is meticulously crafted using Sorghum, a sweet cereal that contributes to its complex character. Aged for nine years, it achieves an exceptional balance, depth, and smoothness. This high-proof spirit (53% ABV) offers a robust flavor profile unique to sauce-fragrance Baijiu, known for its layered notes of soy, fermented fruit, and earthy mushroom. It provides a long, nuanced finish. Traditionally, this Baijiu is best enjoyed neat, either served warm or at room temperature, but it also pairs excellently with lighter beers.
