L’Ormarins Blanc de Blancs is an elegant and refined Cap Classique crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in South Africa's Franschhoek Valley. This sparkling wine is renowned for its taut tension and succulent acidity, a hallmark of its quality. The wine undergoes a meticulous process, including barrel-fermentation for a portion of the blend, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is then matured on the lees for four years, building complexity and texture. This dedication results in a beautifully composed sparkling wine that is bright, zesty, and refreshing, yet structured. Expect notes of grapefruit and subtle perfume, evolving into a creamy, rewarding, and exceptionally long finish.
