It is made by blending fresh, unfermented grape juice with one-year-old Cognac eau-de-vie, then aging the mixture in oak barrels. This process preserves the natural fruitiness of the grapes while integrating the spirit's warmth. This rosé expression offers a beautiful ruby-red color and a vibrant, complex profile. On the palate, expect a symphony of bright summer fruits like cherry and blackcurrant, balanced by a hint of spice and a delightful freshness.
