Unlike typical gins, it is distilled using 30 different apple varieties from the Drouin estate as its base, resulting in a rich, subtly fruity foundation. The botanical selection is highly curated, featuring eight key aromatics???including vanilla, lemon, ginger, almond, cardamom, cinnamon, rose petals, and juniper???with each distilled separately to ensure optimal expression.
