Los Siete Misterios Doba Yej Mezcal is an exceptional expression crafted from the wild-grown Doba-Yej agave, harvested in the remote valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico. This traditional mezcal embodies the deep, ancestral methods of production. The agave is cooked in earthen ovens, milled with a tahona stone, and double-distilled in copper pot stills.
