Lustau Fino Jarana Sherry is a benchmark expression of Jerez-style Fino, recognized for its exceptional quality and bone-dry profile. Crafted in the inland town of Jerez de la Frontera, the slightly warmer climate results in a more rounded and fuller style of Fino, aged for an average of four years under a protective layer of yeast called "flor."
The sherry has a pale straw color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers a fresh, mineral, and pungent aroma, highlighted by distinctive notes of almonds and bakery yeast from the biological aging process. The palate is dry and crisp, yet remarkably rich, leading to a complex and full finish. At 15% ABV, it is an ideal dry aperitif, traditionally paired with fresh seafood, smoked salmon, or fine Iberian ham.
