Maestro Dobel Diamante is celebrated as the world’s first Cristalino tequila, pioneering a category that combines the complexity of aged spirit with crystal clarity. This elegant expression is a proprietary blend of Extra Añejo, Añejo, and Reposado tequilas.
The aged tequilas are matured in new white oak barrels from the Balkan region, imparting rich flavors before undergoing a patented double-filtration process to remove the color while retaining the depth and smoothness. This results in a liquid that is remarkably clean, crisp, and smooth, with a delicate balance of aged and fresh notes.
Tasting notes include oak, vanilla, cinnamon, and almonds on the nose, leading to flavors of caramel, honey, citrus, and prickly pear on the palate. Its smooth, crisp finish makes it renowned for sipping neat or on the rocks, offering a truly refined experience.
