Mancino Chinato Vermouth is a unique and complex Italian aromatized wine, setting it apart from traditional vermouths. It is crafted with a Moscato base wine and infused with 32 botanicals, most notably quinine (Cinchona bark), which gives it the characteristic "Chinato" designation and a pleasantly bitter finish.
This deep, dark elixir delivers a sophisticated profile, featuring initial notes of candied orange, dark cherry, and vanilla, followed by a savory herbal mid-palate and a powerful, lingering bitterness from the quinine.
