Mancino Rosso Amaranto Vermouth is an exquisite Italian sweet vermouth crafted by world-renowned bartender Giancarlo Mancino. This premium expression is made with 38 botanicals, including vanilla, cardamom, iris, and star anise, utilizing a base wine of Trebbiano di Romagna. Aged for a month in oak barrels, it achieves a deep, complex flavor profile that is both rich and perfectly balanced.
The palate reveals notes of burnt caramel, dried orange peel, vanilla bean, and a pleasant, lingering bitterness. Its robust body and aromatic intensity make it indispensable in classic cocktails.
