This gin is first distilled with 47 botanicals, maintaining its signature balance of citrus, herbal, and spicy notes. It is then rested for six months in rare, lightly toasted mulberry wood barrels, which impart a distinct and subtle color and a fascinating depth of flavor.
The aging process introduces rich, woody undertones alongside notes of sweet vanilla, dried fruit, and a delicate hint of spice, beautifully complementing the juniper core.
