Monte del Frà Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a prestigious expression crafted exclusively from grapes grown within the historical Classico zone. This wine is produced using the traditional *appassimento* method, where Corvina, Rondinella, and other indigenous grapes are partially dried on mats for several months after harvest. This process concentrates the sugars and flavors, lending the wine its signature intensity and complexity. The resulting Amarone is deep ruby red, offering a powerful bouquet of dried fruit—notably cherry, fig, and raisin—layered with notes of vanilla, tobacco, and dark chocolate from oak aging.
