Monte del Frà Valpolicella Classico Ripasso is a distinctive and complex red wine from the Veneto region, crafted using the traditional Ripasso method. This technique involves refermenting young Valpolicella Classico wine on the lees of the estate's Amarone della Valpolicella, which adds profound depth, color, and structure. The resulting wine presents a dark ruby hue and an intense bouquet of ripe cherries, plums, and subtle notes of dried fruit and cocoa derived from the Amarone influence.
